Still lots of options and on-demand movies. No movie channels like HBO/Showtime and the more typical offerings in hotels. Master light switch near the bed and at the room entry from which you can control all of the room lights. Frosted glass showers and a sheer white curtain separates the bedroom from the bathroom. I was offered champagne, water or a mimosa at check in.
Check out was “interesting”…but a one-off (I hope) and I called back and spoke to a manager. Casino entrances, housekeeping and front desk check in, all very helpful. One thing I can say is that all of the staff encountered were very friendly and professional (with one exception). The parking lot is huge, busy and a hike from the hotel but it worked out fine. I did end up calling the front desk from my car as I was trying to figure this out. If you’re staying at the hotel you enter the parking garage from one of the 5 casino entrances like everyone else (unless you are going to valet your car - then there is a specific entrance). I actually liked the layout and that you did not have to walk through the casino to get everywhere as you often do in Vegas. Feels much smaller to me than a Vegas hotel but still just as much attention to detail. I had a wonderful stay even with a few minor glitches. The floral display in the observatory was breathtaking. The hotel is stunning, MGM did a great job with the décor.
